Actually I did everyone's loyalty quest, but I sided with Jack after doing hers and it ruined my reputation for the rest of the playthrough with Miranda. Hey man, you're in charge, you put the one non-loyal member in the important position...

She wanted the job and up until then she had been my loyal second in command without fail. My team before Tali was Miranda & Garrus since he's the only other ME1 member. After Tali came back it was Mir & Tali and the three of us were inseperable outside of Loyalty quests.

Miranda did the right thing dying. I would have spaced her after the mission for letting Tali die.

My playthrough dialogue if could customize it would be

*Going to Omega 4 relay*
*after love scene*
Shepard:Wait! Joker send us to the Citadel
Joker:Why?
Shepard:DO IT!
Tali:Shepard what are you doing?!
Shepard:We're going to drop you off
Tali:Why?
Shepard:I just know..okay
Miranda:Shepard what the hell are you do *headshot*
Shepard: *Lowers gun* JOKER! CITADEL ! NOW!
