Can't remember where I packed them.

I think a veil would be simpler to do since if it were a dress
it would probably have to replace or go over the suit.

Not a clue how Quarian culture handles marriage, though I like one of Tali's designs in the art book.

Miranda: [trying to close the door so Jack can't come in] Jack, this is my room!

Jack: [trying to push the door open] Oh yeah?

Miranda: Yes! I was here first!

Jack: [finally manages to push through and shove Miranda aside] You've got any witnesses?

Miranda: Look, I don't need witnesses. Just get off my property!

Jack: No!

Miranda: Get oooouut! [pinches Jack's arm]

[Jack throws Miranda into the wall with her biotics]

[Miranda uses her biotics to hurl an object at Jack but Jack dodges it]

Jack: [empties her backpack on the floor] Look. This must be my room, all my clothes are here.

Miranda: [quickly scoops up Jack's clothes and tosses them out the airlock] No, they're not, Jack!

[Jack lights a match and throws it on the bed, setting it on fire]

Miranda: [looks at the bed with a mix of disbelief and shock] Alright then, have the room.

Jack: Ah! I don't want it, it's not mine.

Miranda: Yes, it is.

Jack: No, it isn't!

Miranda: You said it was yours just now.

Jack: So did you.

Miranda: No, I didn't!

Jack: Did!

Miranda: Didn't!

Jack: Did!

Miranda: Didn't!

Jack: DIIIIIIIIIID!!!

Miranda: [puts fingers in ears] DIDN'T, DIDN'T, DIDN'T, DIDN'T, DIDN'T!!!

[Jack and Miranda look at the bed, then each other and both run out into the corridor]

Jack and Miranda: [in unison] Tali! Your room is on fire!

Tali: [steps out of a room further down the corridor] I thought I was sleeping in Shepard's room.

Those suits the Quarians wear evidently allow plenty of customization of apperance. So yes I think it's possible that Tali could wear something aching to a dress for such an occasion, all you have to do is add more fancy cloth and other decorations on the outside of the suit. I doubt however that Tali would like to have a veil.

If any of my Sheps actually had to deal with that I hope the renegade option is to push the two of them in the fire and have the local VI wait as long as possible to turn on the flame supressors.

You assume that Quarians have the same marriage rituals as humans. For all we know, they might not have weddings at all, or their weddings are entirely different than ours. Proof ? Salarians have no weddings, they're just signing breeding contracts. Krogan just go to female camps and... breed >.>. No data on Turians or the Asari, but as for Asari, I believe Liara said in ME1 that it is more than socially acceptable in their culture to simply "be" with someone, with no "permanent" vows/promises.

As we know nothing about Quarians, the possibilities for their weddings are endless. If we wan't to speculate, we must open our minds and stop thinking in human terms.

Which is damn difficult at times, since we've never seen anything truly alien.

My main playthrough Miranda & Jack fighting ended up getting Tali killed. My paralell universe memories have foster a great hidden anger with both of them for it. Mostly because I tried reconciling with Miranda and she insists on being a B about it. Boot to the head is in order.
