Paragon Shep seems a stand-up guy and Renegade Shep probably wouldn't care, so I doubt secrets would be kept.

Additionally, while you might be able to keep Ashley/Kaidan (okay, maybe not Ash, but Kaidan seemed a little clueless sometimes) in the dark, I doubt little miss information broker would be fooled for very long.
