Yes, 3dsmax and some ballancing a touchups in Photoshop

It looks great overall, though I have a little constructive criticism for you now that I see the high res version.

- The cloth is modelled very well but the texture on it could use some work.  The normal map (or bumpmap) you have for the detail is too emphasized and it creates contrast differences that feel out of place.  If you toned it down...maybe 30% or so it would help a lot.

- The shadows; most of them look good but I notice a few that have unrealistically sharp edges (namely where the folds on the cloth meet shadows.  I'm not sure what lighting setup or rendering engine you're using, but the scene would benefit from a bit more subtlty in that regard.  Also, if you can get the shadows to fake-follow the contour of the normal map, it would help bring that little extra something.

- The face looks absolutely fantastic but the cybernetics on her forehead don't feel grounded.  This can be done by either emphasizing the shadows they cast on her face and by choosing a more realistic material rather than the seemingly untextured matte you have right now. 


Just a few little nitpicks but it looks great man
