On the bright side, if you can acknowledge that you are assuming things then perhaps there is still hope for you regarding the actual topic matter.

I have not begged the question nor questioned your intelligence in the manner you did above. Besides, even if that had been the case it still does not absolve you of your responsibility for doing such on this occasion.

As for the charge of lying, I refer you back to your opening attacks on Jake. I could go back and quote them but then again so can you, and frankly since they are your own statements I do not consider it unreasonable for you to recall for yourself. If you still feel this is an unfair charge then by all means feel free to bring unedited excerpts of your previous posts to bear.

Again, the problem seems to be that you are dissatisfied with the extent of Jake's labeled warning on the link. That is a personal subjective call yet you are trying to assert it as irrefutable and empirical in nature. What is irrefutable and empirical is the fact that a warning label was provided on the link. This fact has not changed nor will it change regardless of how much time passes.
