If you think the internet is a safe place where people will always follow the rules, you might want to reconsider your perspective. I don't know how long you have been talking on forums, but I'm sorry to say you're going to be shocked, offended, and disappointed many more times if you keep up that assumption.
This is part of "the internet", is it not? There is no physical barrier from preventing bad links from appearing on this site. "Likely" most people will be careful about what they post, but "logically" there will still be offensive posts and links once in a while. Regardless of what you think about Jake's warning, he did give some sort of a warning. I've seen lots of links posted to similar content that have no warning at all, simply becaue some posters want to shock everyone else or they think it's funny. You're being naive if you think everyone will always follow the rules and you'll be safe no matter what. That's like walking into a bad neighborhood at night without protection: you're asking for trouble.

This isn't a draw, but if it makes you feel better in the morning feel free to pretend thus. If you want to avoid embarrassment such as this in the future I recommend sticking to the clear facts and carefully choosing your words once you have clearly thought through the argument you wish to pursue. Then stick with it. Flip flopping all over the place doesn't help.

2.people saw it who didnt want to
3.which means either they didnt read carefully or it wasnt properly labeled...
4.label said pron not porn...doesnt seem properly labeled...and the warning sign could lend credence o opposng arguments...

I don't want to get involved here, but you gotta agree on a couple things. First of all, the game "Mass Effect 2" is an M rated game that itself contains profanity and sexual content. While pornographic material is arguably rated "Ao" or "X" instead of "R" or "M", in a forum that talks about such a game, you have to expect some adult content to pop up.
Secondly, this is the internet. We should all know by now that while certain sites have rules prohibiting certain content, the internet as a whole does not. Therefore any link at all could lead to offensive material, no matter if there is a sufficient warning or not. I think anyone that clicks on an unknown link has to expect to a certain degree that there might be offensive material on the other end.
Regardless of whether you felt yourself tricked or not sufficiently warned into looking at something offensive, smart internet surfing means thinking about and being careful with clicking something right when you see it, and that is every person's own responsibility.
You are confusing a codex of rules with reality. 1490 already explained that. Either you are exceedingly naive about such matters or you are being intentionally obstinate and obtuse on the matter. Have your pick.
