i think you to be very logical and apologize for the insult.... as i ahev stated before....the only dispute is wether or not his warning was clear...which is a matter of opinion.... however for me to state this is not enough for kfd....apparently if i disagree with is opinions i am wrong

How quaint. Playing the marty card after all this time. Forget about the post where you stated all of this could stop if I admitted I was wrong? I'll give you this: You sure do change your tune the way the wind changes. =]

ive given u multiple chances for this as well... he chose to not try and demean me with snide remarks...so he got respect...ive tried peace with u as well....u respond with snide remarks...ths no respect

not flawed...if he didnt want to get in****ed he should have stayed out...and possibly used the forsight that jumping into an argument could lead him to get insulted

Oh, so it's his responsibility for being insulted by you, is it? How very convenient. There seems to be a certain pattern with you and (a lack of) responsibility.

Still it sucks that you need to pay to get Kasumi, she seems to be a cool member.

Meh, seven bucks'll be worth it, I think. To be honest, the heist loyalty mission sounds worth the seven dollars alone ^_^

I'm glad I have 1245 Microsoft Points on my account...

Is the Hammerhead going to be free though?

As far as I know it's free; Kasumi will be the first paid DLC.

Well, free lunch had to end somewhere... :bandit:

Yes, but if the Firewalker Pack (Hammerhead and its missions) and Kasumi are really good, then I don't think paying BW for DLC will be worth the griping :D Paying the publisher (especially EA), always worth griping about it, but the developer? As long as they put their hearts into it and make it sing, I'm sold.

Yes I understand and they will trash 50% of the people either way. They have already broken laws of physics (mass effect and FTL...pure fantasy). Good science fiction is plausible not probable. Star Trek also tried to keep within science bounds but everyone was sleeping with everyone else and having children to boot.

I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin.

star trek..... L O L
don't get me wrong, I like star trek as much as the next guy (unless the next guy doesnt like it then I like it more than the next guy)

but the science explained in Mass effect makes that of ST look like a doctor suess book. Bioware goes outa thier way to describe how everything works with in the real of known science, even the things that are out of that realm (like mass effect feilds) they explain using real physics. They may not get everything perfect but its more on a whole other lvl of  realismm compared to star treks - it works becuase the energy field blocks **** to stop an anti matter casscade from hitting our dilithium crystals.

They may explain using real physics but that again does not make it probable. I use ST as an example of when someone tries to lean to heavily on science, it gets boring...fast. The only ST I ever liked was TOS and a few of the movies not because they had good science but because they had good stories.

What are you smokin? Star trek never leaned heavily on science. It's just full of hand waving and blue rocks. That's not neccisarily a bad thing. The show wasnt about the science and it didnt care about it niether did the fans.

ME clearly places much more importance on the subject. They may take some creative liberties in plot crucial areas, but they explain it with real physics. cross species hybrids is not only a backslap to thier standards they have set so far in realism, but would also break continuity as it would drastacally alter the science that the universe has set up already regardless of wether it is true to life or not.

Wait...with the knowledge that rules won't prevent all pornographic links from being posted, it's safe to assume the link *wouldn't* go to porn?  I'm not sure I understand....

with the knowledge that th rules are there i can assume people will abide by them...

Indeed you can assume all you want about pretty much anything. All of us can. Yet assuming does not necessarily equate with reality.

once again hindsight bias...

Keep reaching.

so sad...if u cant dispute this i win

Which is yet another automatic loss in debate circles (i.e. declaring yourself the winner). You have much to learn grasshoppa. Besides, it was already addressed in a previous post. You are welcome to go back and read it. :D

Hey guys. Since quarians have the same dna structure as turians, can they breed with them?

Their DNAs are made up from the same dextro-amino acids, but their DNA structures are entirely different. I honestly mean no offense, but did you take high school biology? The DNA of a monkey and a bird are made up of the same amino acids, but that does not mean that a monkey and a bird can mate. It all comes down to the quarians' and turians' chromosomes. It is virtually guaranteed that the alleles on their chromosomes, in fact the chromosomes themselves, serve different functions; therefore it would be like trying to breed a monkey with a bird: impossible.

Quarians and Turians are two goddamn fictional races, I'm not an idiot and yes I got an A in honors High school biology

Science-Fiction - anything can happen - And my God not the DNA talk again! Susquehanna! Susquehanna!

Because BioWare seems to want to keep the ME 'Verse as true to real science as possible, no, anything cannot happen, because dragons don't actually sleep in rainbows that rain Skittles directly into people's mouths, though that would be pretty frakking badass B)

Traveling faster that the speed of light...Traveling halfway across the galaxy. You will find the leprechaun and his pot of gold soon and the last of the great dragons, the mighty Smaug guarding his box o lucky charms with an eezo toy surprise in the box!

Are you even attempting to be serious about anything? Einstein's Theory of General Relativity most certainly allows for FTL travel through various different theoretical means, wormholes being one of the more prominent ones. BioWare simply created an new idea that makes sense and lends itself to a good story.

Yes and you have infinite energy at your disposal (omega 13 perhaps)? I am sorry should not have broken the sacred law...note to self never destroy the walls while standing under the roof!
