On a side note, do you think mammary glands are necessary in a woman?

Is female mammal? Then yes.

What about in something other than a mammal? Such as a reptile?

No.

A bipedal reptile?

Still no.

The only organism that doesn't have a belly button is a clone of an organism.

Turians dont have em.
Or Salarians.

Somebody we need to stop KFD before he gets any worse will you help me?

KFD actually hasn't posted in a  bit, unless I overlooked a post?

He always waits awhile between posts I was asking for help if he comes back, your help would also be appreciated Jake.

A truce in this case would imply that the facts are wrong. They aren't, hence the reason they are "facts". You are effectively asking me to turn my back on truth. That is not something I'm prepared to do.

don't get me wrong, I like star trek as much as the next guy (unless the next guy doesnt like it then I like it more than the next guy)

but the science explained in Mass effect makes that of ST look like a doctor suess book. Bioware goes outa thier way to describe how everything works with in the real of known science, even the things that are out of that realm (like mass effect feilds) they explain using real physics. They may not get everything perfect but its more on a whole other lvl of  realismm compared to star treks - it works becuase the energy field blocks **** to stop an anti matter casscade from hitting our dilithium crystals.

They may explain using real physics but that again does not make it probable. I use ST as an example of when someone tries to lean to heavily on science, it gets boring...fast. The only ST I ever liked was TOS and a few of the movies not because they had good science but because they had good stories.

Star Trek NEVER  used real science, EVER. BW uses as much as possible in Mass Effect, and they have never sounded stupid. In fact, the vast majority of the things they say are entirely possible, and certainly more likely than anything that was ever presented in Star Trek. I love Star Trek, but the ME 'Verse is far richer scientifically.

And ToS sucked ****.

It wounds my heart with a monotonous languor.

Time for your exercises now:

I wish Bioware added a dance option for your LI like they did in ME1.

Bioware, you best be crackin' on a dance update. Must see Tali's moves on the dance floor.

Concur with above statement.

With Doc on this one.

Someone should make a poll. Bring it to BW's attention if it hasn't already.

It would be that hard to do, right?

Hey guys. Since quarians have the same dna structure as turians, can they breed with them?

Their DNAs are made up from the same dextro-amino acids, but their DNA structures are entirely different. I honestly mean no offense, but did you take high school biology? The DNA of a monkey and a bird are made up of the same amino acids, but that does not mean that a monkey and a bird can mate. It all comes down to the quarians' and turians' chromosomes. It is virtually guaranteed that the alleles on their chromosomes, in fact the chromosomes themselves, serve different functions; therefore it would be like trying to breed a monkey with a bird: impossible.

Quarians and Turians are two goddamn fictional races, I'm not an idiot and yes I got an A in honors High school biology

Science-Fiction - anything can happen - And my God not the DNA talk again! Susquehanna! Susquehanna!

Because BioWare seems to want to keep the ME 'Verse as true to real science as possible, no, anything cannot happen, because dragons don't actually sleep in rainbows that rain Skittles directly into people's mouths, though that would be pretty frakking badass B)

Traveling faster that the speed of light...Traveling halfway across the galaxy. You will find the leprechaun and his pot of gold soon and the last of the great dragons, the mighty Smaug guarding his box o lucky charms with an eezo toy surprise in the box!

Are you even attempting to be serious about anything? Einstein's Theory of General Relativity most certainly allows for FTL travel through various different theoretical means, wormholes being one of the more prominent ones. BioWare simply created an new idea that makes sense and lends itself to a good story.

Yes and you have infinite energy at your disposal (omega 13 perhaps)? I am sorry should not have broken the sacred law...note to self never destroy the walls while standing under the roof!

If something took infinite energy then it would be considered by scientific standards to be impossible becuase there is no such thing as infinite energy within our realm of existance. But since the theory of relativity allows for such an event and it is considered pluasable within the realm of scientific standards of our reality then it can clearly not take an infinite amout of energy and thus that leads to the conclusion that

Was. In Flux, last time on Citadel before going to Ilos.
Speak to Doran (on dancefloor) to dance.

You could also dance by having you and your LI on the dance floor and talking to them it starts a brief dance sequence.

That'd be weird if her belly button was on her back or something. A back button.

She's an alien with dem hip and an ass of a Goddess, what's not possible?

Unlikely. It would interfere with the spinal cord, the dorsal muscle wall, the diaphragm, or vital organs near the back like the kidneys and spleen.  The umbilical cord needs to connect to the central circulation (via the inferior vena cava in humans and similar mammals), so locationally it makes a lot more sense for it to go through the abdomen rather than the back.

Again, who knows with crazy made-up aliens, but if they look that much like humans, I'm guessing they're going to be structured very similar.

The parts in bold are indeed fact. The problem is that you apparently do not comprehend the concept of "personal responsibility". Is that latter part my opinion? Yes it is, and it is based upon your numerous posts highlighting precisely that type of immature behaviour. I'd be thrilled if you would prove me wrong.
