though I'd like to see a slightly alien Tali, I can see them making her closely resemble a human in order to give her some great emotion and expression in ME3. just my theory though.

Its a placeholder so it doesnt really mean anything. Twas never even meant to be seen.

I'd need some sort of legally binding waiver. The military gave me just enough training for the law to be against me if I am in a fight with someone whom has no martial training. Besides, a war of words is one thing; physically lambasting an individual is another.
