Mark Twain>funny, next

Mark Twain is famous for his epic mustache. I'm pretty sure he did some writing, too.

Twain is one of my favorite authors ever, I freakin' love that guy.

I think it's hard to not love that guy.

I like him, too. But there are a few writers I favor over Twain.

Someone was complaining about the wallpaper posted before, so I tried to improve the blending and shading a bit, let me know if it's works better

The blending is better but you lost a LOT of the original contrast.  Not sure if your monitor is calibrated differently or if it was intentional, but the image lost a lot of its impact.

I blended it overall a bit to match the shade of the dark background, stood out a bit too much before... I could try to brighten a bit if you prefer, but it won't look as good.

Not bad, the lyrics don't quite fit though. The number of syllables is off.

plz stop with the critique

Critique is an absolutely good thing and should be apriciated by the author AS LONG AS IT IS CONSTRUCTIVE.

Name your terms, Darth.

You name a historical figure and then we argue his or her merits!...or a nation, or an empire, something like that .

Very well. Mahatma Ghandi. Your turn.

Nice guy good for India, now your Turn Byzantium.

The short path, eh? Very well.

Byzantium Empire. Started by the Roman Constantine (hence "Constantinople" which is today known as "Istanbul") who claimed to have had a vision from God to establish an empire. Long story short: Much success for a long time. Became the second half of the split Roman Empire. Very rich - coveted by other powers. Eventually failed to be able to defend what it had and fell to the invading Turkomans.

P.S. Infamous for court intrigues.

A depressingly high amount of non-Tali discussion.

Perhaps I should use this time to finish my work.

... come on, wtf? Miranda on the Migrant Fleet? You fail.

I don't know what happened with the background distortion, but Miranda looks like she added 10 pounds to her face in this picture.  Gross!

That's because she's wearing that respirator mask, you know, the one that only covers her nose and mouth, because that's all you really need to cover in a toxic atmosphere, or the vacuum of space...<_<

You forgot the 4th crusade the Latin conquest of Constantinople and the final battle against the Ottomans in 1453. and the court intrigues are a misnomer Byzantium had no more or less internal trouble than any of her neigbors.

Remnants of Roman Empire. Eastern half.

Reinard Heydrich

...doc not just what it was its merits or failings. and Heydrich was a bad guy, ****s aren't nice.

Which Heydrich precisely? Heydrich senior composed a rather lovely classical piece, IMO.

Sometimes you have to put some money down to open a checking account: my bank did, but I've only applied at one (defunct Washington Mutual) so I'm not sure what other banks do.

If you don't want to join the Air Force, don't do it.  After you're 18, your parents can't request sh*t of you because you're a legal adult.  Find a job, get an appartment, and go to college for a career you'd enjoy.

Indeed, don't join the military if you don't want to.
Student aid along with even a small part-time job can pay for school and an apartment with a roomie, or maybe a shared house.  It's what I'm doing (actually no job, my major doesn't leave me the time, but I still scrape by).  Just gotta apply!

Agreed work two jobs if needed it’s I did. Do something you want to do you will regret it for a bloody lifetime.

The worst type of person I meet in the military are those that have no intention of being in the military but are forced to do so. Please, do not join the military if you do not want to.

Always... also, posting anything on the internet = being ready for criticism. I don't like how people fight with absolutely any critique here. It's not like his intention was to hurt someone who made it, by giving feedback you give the impact neaded for improvment. As long as it's civilised and reasonable - it's always a good thing. Simply praising anything "just because you got it free" or "just because it's a joke" result in ****ty free stuff and ****ty jokes. Of course not that it was a ****ty joke. It was good.

The Alliance uniform on Shepard says otherwise, or at least that someone, somewhere added to the screen shot. :P

The outfit is part of the screenshot. There's a mod that unlocks extra outfits for Shepard. So he was actually just wearing that when the screenshot was taken. :P

I stand, or sit as the case may be, corrected. ^_^

I applied at the gay ass college here becuase Mom said it was either that, or I was going to be kicked out the door. But I failed at what I applied in (Accounting) and withdrew from all my classes. Now in april, I have to find some way to pay off my fines. Doesnt help over half of my money was given to her to pay for 'gas' and other ****.
