KFD, short version of the point I was going to make is that after a while the debate you were having ceased to be about the topic at hand and became more about your pride. You couldn't let it go even after it was clear you had already won.

Your goals, while noble, took a back seat to being right. You claimed in your PM to me that you were fighting a troll, yet it appeared to me that you failed to realize you yourself had become a troll as well, by feeding into his arrogance.

this is my most favorite picture too, it is the closest thing from what we can tell from the features shown behind the mask.IMO

but the cheek wrinkles are a little weird, same with the showing veins.

Ya, but my point is, on an internet forum, there's no way to tell which is being done. Maybe someone's calling upon their own faculties, or maybe they've just copy and pasted someone else's thoughts and claimed them as your own, thereby making a competition of knowledge completely fallacious.

See, I can call on my own "knowedgle" when I need to. Or did I just steal that......

I'm with you.  In fact that picture is easily my favorite; by far the most fitting face for her personality.
It is what convinced me that a more human-looking Tali face was appropriate.

I agree that the drawing is amazing, but I'd like to see something that makes it at least a little bit alien, otherwise she could easily pass as a human to people who have never seen her in the game.  I think the Quarians need to be a little more different than humans besides having six fingers and toes.

Of course there is also her interesting lower leg structure
I do agree, I would like to see more alien features, I just mean that they don't have to be in her face.
Like I said earlier, they appear to have somewhat elongated necks and skulls which could give them a distinctive appearance from the shoulders upwards, depending on how it is handled.  Coupled with the fact that we know they don't have external ears, I think that this could be alien enough to be satisfying while retaining a fittingly "cute" and expressive face that suits her.

Sometimes you have to put some money down to open a checking account: my bank did, but I've only applied at one (defunct Washington Mutual) so I'm not sure what other banks do.

If you don't want to join the Air Force, don't do it.  After you're 18, your parents can't request sh*t of you because you're a legal adult.  Find a job, get an appartment, and go to college for a career you'd enjoy.

Was only half paying attention to this. As someone who has served in his country's armed forces I can only reiterate what 1490 stated: If you do not want to serve and there is no draft in effect then NO ONE can, nor should, force you to serve. Only serve if that is what YOU want.

Personally I volunteered and got everything out of the experience that I had hoped for, but it was my decision. No one elses. Btw, it's not uncommon to feel nervous shortly before shipping off to basic training/boot camp, etc. and there may well be times where you will question what exactly made you sign-up. Still, if you already know now that you do not want to sign up with the military straight away then why not wait a few years? Good luck with whichever decision you reach on the matter.

Thanks but my mom is sort of giving me an ultimatum...she's obsessed with getting me in htere. "Oh, it's just for you. I've had a feeling you were meant for it ince blabla blah."
ANd she hangs ot over my head thqat she could kick me out whenver, makes me study ****ing ALgebra and Caluculus (since the Air Force somehow requires it)...she expects me to do this with chronic depression, which she says has to do with my attitude. Thanks though.

I'm wearing a Darkwing Duck shirt right now, in fact. It was a gift from my sister. 

Now if only there were some official ME tshirts, I'd so buy a Tali one.
