Aye, I had a dark phase when I was quite a bit younger too. Still, even then underneath it all was the chap with a heart of gold that's still there today albeit with some more scrapes, scratches and chips in the finish. C'est la vie, no?

I think we all did.  I still get laughs for my dark blue dreads, lol.  Those were the days....

Oh, and don't have a total heart of gold.  Nice guys finish last, girls like the bad boys, etc etc.  Just make lots of crude innuendo and one day you'll find someone who finds it funny long enough to put up with you.  That, my friend, is love.

It comes in many forms. I've been fortunate to have some true gems of love relationships. Didn't last for one reason or another. Sometimes because of me. Sometimes because of "her". But tomorrow's a new day and hope shines eternal!

Amen good buddy.  At least we'll always have a lady to make us smile and laugh and feel warm and fuzzy even when we are at our lowest ebb.  Whether you're a filthy disgusting perv like Jake, or endlessly appreciative of her wonderful personality, or beautiful voice, Tali brings a little bit of happiness to our lives.  One way or another.

Actually, If some Japanese studio actually comes out and works out a deal with EA / Bioware and produces a Mass Effect anime with an teen/adult rating (think Akira / Ghost in the Shell / Neo Genesis Evangelion) and have Tali as primary love interest for our Shepard along with the usual mix of mecha and gratitous and violent space / land battles as well as rather graphic and messy ways to die from gunshots, engineering and biotic powers, I won't be surprised in the least.
