Studies important. However, time consuming. Having story hosted without permission is... odd. On one hand. Stories are worth reposting. On the other. Proper credit almost never given.

Thanks for the support. It's my first edit in Photoshop so a lot of work to do (like making Legion and Jacob look more like a painting). Not sure what ya mean by resolution (in Photoshop it's 2000 wide by 1500 high), it was too small for me so I Stretched it. Doesn't look too stretched on mine (resolution is 1600 X 900). So yeah pretty much I'm confused.

When I enlarge the image on my 1920x1200 resolution screen (25½ - 26 inches) the quality of the image becomes more pixelated than the original version of the pic on my end.

Try this, 1920X1260... also added some painting effects to Legion and Jacob
If it still comes out weird, try saving and setting it from your desktop that way

Thanks Jake. Perhaps ironically I think the previous take may actually look better when applied as the desktop background. It does blow up to a certain size though whereas the OP allowed me to have it set back a bit further. Ah well. Now I have more choices at the very least. Thanks for taking the time and making the effort!

The image there is not 1920x1260.  Its the right aspect ratio, but nowhere near that big.  My 1366x768 lappy has to stretch it out, making it blurry.  Its actual image size is 800x525.

Who edited this? Legion and Jacob look much better (especially Jacob's gun) except it's extremely blurry on my background. My screen res is 1600 X 900 and when I stretch my first edit, it doesn't stretch much at all.

I also have the PDD file but don't know how to transfer those.

Wait.... just noticed, your image host is Photobucket.  <_<

Put that up on ImageShack.  Photobucket reduces large image sizes unless you pay.
