Positive. I rather enjoy a number of aspects of America (ake. the United States of America) and "American-ness". There are things I'm not fond off from that country and culture as well, but then that's likely to be the case with just about any culture. It's certainly the same with my own native culture.

Besides, I've become so Americanized after many years living abroad (some of those years in the US) that my accent easily passes as American to many people's ears. I also share certain points of view that have a distinct American "flavour" to them (yes, I still choose to spell certain words the British way which was a conscious decision on my part when I moved to the the UK for postgraduate university).
