i plan on making thermite soo, however need to take precautions a small flowerpot full can melt throught the hood of a car, melt throught the entire engineblock, and then work of the pavement underneath the car

Unfortunately not yet. I've seen, read, and heard many positive things about Canada and I'd be thrilled to visit it sometime. My impression of Canada is that it seems to take some of the best free entreprenurial spirit of the US and some of the best social policies and welfare system concepts used in the UK and the Scandinavian countries and mix them together for its own purposes. A more relaxed atmosphere and attitude than what is often found in the US (or at least that is my impression) while still maintaining a developed nation's infrastructure and services along with breath taking natural beauty.
