Given the fact that she's an alien...and shares amino acids with turians, she might have eyes like turians. And turians all have black sclera and some random eye color. (Saren = Black and blue, Garrus = Black and yellow, Nihilus = Black and green)

We share amino acids with life on Earth, look how different all the different types of eyes are.

just look at her eyes carefully. and read my post 2 pages back. her eyes are surprisingly detailed. even if she had dark sclera, her pupil and iris is much larger than that of a turian.
