I can't really think of any pre-existing symbol in the ME universe that would make sense on it.  I assume we'll be freelance in ME3, so it should be something new and cool.  I can't see them letting us make our own, but who knows.

Shepard will put N7 on it, you know how he loves that logo! Can't get him to stop showing it off!
