Nah, renegade shep wouldn't rewrite the Geth for the Quarians, He'd rewrite them for himselfand probably have them kill the Quarians...

You're confusing renegade with idiotically evil.  Any rewriting would obviously involve the geth being large players in the war with the reapers, but ensured safety of the quarians is important as well.  The more allies against the reapers the better.  Also logistically, any virus along those lines would have to be developed by the quarians, with Shepard just releasing it like Legion's loyalty mission.  So the quarian's interests would be first and foremost.

"Kill the Quarians..." Wait... That sentence is HERETIC!!!
Even for renegade Shepard is this too much because he loves Tali and she would hate him for something like that.

I was actually trying to think of a main Plot for ME3 a little while ago... The only idea that kept coming back to me was: Build an Army. If you're paragon you already have the allegence of: The Rachni, The Council, The Geth, and The Quarians...

This situation actually makes me wonder.  I can't see Bioware making 100% paragon the right path, so some decisions have to come back to bite you later.  Destroying the Cerberus base is the main one that I can't see having anything other than negative side effects.  The heretic geth seem to be the next most likely paragon choice to backfire.  After that, who knows.  I think we may see a major paragon blowback in ME3.  Hoping it isn't with convincing the quarians to peace and inadvertedly leading them to death or something.

I can usually only do 1 or 2 hours, 3 at the most.. 

Perhaps I will attempt something a little more time consuming myself this weekend. If can be bothered to start that is (just got back into Dragon Age ).

You're right, I'll think logically again.... No killing Quarians, he'd probably use the a virus to rewrite them; putting them back under Quarian control.
However, on the topic of the heretics, wasn't the virus given to them wirerlessly? By Sovereign? Unless I missed something, the next time and gath encounter a reaper they may become subject to the same virus. No?

Shepard is reallly creepy in this picture. He looks like the Joker to me . It's okay, but not one of the best pieces of fanart, but that's just my opinion. Though I also like the idea of shepard sneaking up behind Tali.
