My opinion: Very pretty and well done, but it's not Tali.

You have to look at the full sized image. She has really dark veins on her forehead. I'm not saying it's bad, it's really well done. I just can't get passed the veins:unsure:

but that's my failing, not the artist's...

Doesn't this pic just take the shape of the placeholder face and add in detail?  If so, depending on how much credence you give to placeholder faces, it could end up being close, at least shape wise.

While placeholders aren't the be all end all, Bioware did purposely give us something to see (making the visor completely not see through wouldn't have been hard,) they're likely to mean something in the end.  Everything we know tends to lean towards an appearance similar to this.  Anything is possible of course, but until I see a better picture, I'm going with this one.

I haven't taken a biology class (yet, will next year... hopefully) and I know it's unlikely if not impossible...

But if it were to happen somehow I don't think it would be "viable" offspring.

Ohh, OK, I see the veins now, but I don’t think they’re veins, if you look closely they correspond to the implant she appears to have in her forehead.

Wasn't trying to be insulting or anything. Even without taking biology it should be evident that different species cannot interbreed, though. If I came across as insulting, I apologize.
