I've been wondering this as well.  It's a different situation where you can start the game in a relationship with someone.  They better make romanced character dialogue different than neutral character dialogue.  I'll be very disappointed if they don't.  That would be a huge cop out.

I agree that she won't be as nervous, that said, I don't think the nervousness will completely go away, Tali is a different person around Shepard, that won't all melt away at first.  I'm looking forward to see Tali's personality in ME3, assuming they don't destroy her personality like some other characters we know

Yeah, I really hope they give some different dialog to romanced characters, specifically Tali of course.

This is the very first ME game where you "continue" with your LI in your squad. Tali, Ashley, Kaiden, Liara, and those other ME2 LI's should all have 2 personalities, right? In ME1 what was it you did, you "Renegaded" or "Paragoned" them and then you can't talk to Ashley anymore or did her personality change?
