it's form fitting (of which we are all aware ) so, unless her helmet is hiding some sort of radar tower in there, I doubt it has much impact on her height.

Can be form fitting and still add inches to height througha  combination of boot height, suit thickness, and hood properties

While I haven't looked at Shepard's footwear lately, Tali's don't appear to be that thick.  I would guess that boots give Shepard more of a height advantage than Tali.

I have no way to judge how thin her feet are... have not seen them yet
