Yes many people are put off by the 4 nostrils, but for me it speaks on so many level from the day dreaming gaze of a longing site of a wanting heart. As well as that of the idea she look human with out being human, that it show what defines aliens do all Human life faces have to look exactly like Ares or can they show the fact way alien life can evolves onto it own unique spin of something so familiar.

Same question what would you do if she didn't look like this, again it an opinion I do not like this PICTURE never said the look was wrong but the picture it self looks off and wrong.

No prob.  Not getting the dislike on this pic.  I'm on record as saying I'd like an appreciably alien Tali, but the more I think about it, she's pretty alien in shape no matter what her face looks like.

And this face is weaponized adorability.

Perhaps many thing, the face in it self looks like it was cut out of some were else and pasted onto tali head inside the visor and heavily shopped, As well for a race that so worried over sickness and dieses she looks.. ungoldly.. dirty.. I mean REALLY REALLY dirty that could play allot into it to.

See, now that one was "too human" for me.  Something about hi-res Tali there (the tiny folds on the cheeks, maybe? or the shape of the eyes?) seems a lot more alien.

Anyway, that one came from somebody on DA originally.

had a conversation last night about ME3 and taking off Tali's suit during the last moments of the game. wrote this up for lolz in a couple of minutes last night, enjoy

Tali begins uwrapping her purple cloth that weaves around her curvy body.
"Shepard, before we fight the Reapers..." Tali begins, but is cut off by Shepard who helps her with the cloth bringing his body close to hers. "I...I want you to see my face one last time," she whispers stroking his arm as he helps her with the cloth. "This may be the last time we see each other." She stares deep into his piercing eyes through her purple veil. He gracefully looks up into her hidden face smiling. His hands slip under her hood and Tali grabs them half nervous; she could feel his warmth pass through her glove that keeps her fingers from feeling his skin. "I love you Shepard," she says barely audibly as she felt the Normandy's cool air brush against her bare face. She opened her eyes and looked at her commander, her savior.
"Tali," he paused for a second staring into her eyes, “I love you with all my heart,” he placed an open palm on her chest over her rapidly beating heart. “The flame that I know exists in there is what has gotten me this far,” he said in his deep yet caring voice wiping a tear off her gentle face with his thumb. She inhaled the liberating air and the comforting scent of her commander.
"Shepard... I, I," she stuttered, but was cut off by Shepard pressing his finger against her soft lips unzipping her suit. She was nervous, but at the same time she was in heaven. I have my commander. The fresh air lapped against the bare skin on her back and the wonderful sensation moved down to her feet as her suit that has been hiding her true self fell against the ground....

Also add those distinctive Deus-Ex-like cybernetics in her eyes and those on her forehead and voila! - you've got quite human-like-yet-kinda-alien Tali's face.

Ok.. going to ask a dumb question here.. Why do we all assume Quarians use cybernetic augmentation on them selves normally? I mean if anything you think Quarians would shy away from that after geth, as well most cybernetic goes unnoticed or there be allot people looking like renegade Shepard ((note Shepard a extreme case of cybernetic augmentation )). In most normal cases the implants heal over to an invisible state.
