I'd ask you how the hell did you think of a question like this but i'm afraid of the answer

Oh, so it does vary from scene to scene. Granted, all of that is moot given we dont' know how tall Shepard is (he is NOT 6'2" dammit! I stand by that)knight5923 wrote...
Here, check this out, just grabbed a couple frames from some of my video files:
In this first one, Tali and Shep are facing each other, and Shep definitely look a good 3 or 4 inches taller
-snip-
But in this second one, taken in engineering, he only looks maybe an inch taller if that (pretty close to equal height IMO)
-snip-
maybe it's just a trick of perspective, but I don't think the camera angle is dramatically different, at least not enough so to make shepard seem 3 inches taller in one than the other:huh:
just an oddity I noticed....

Just a note Quarians have mammary glands… a trait that reptilians do not have, as well Reptiles don’t tend to look different from one another outside of size, or scale coloration or perhaps lacking or having some sort of extra part, There never a clear difference between male or female like in mammals.
Hand and toe number has nothing to do with reptile/mammal 3 toed sloth… have 3 toes and there mammals.

I look at this a different way: I just assumed Shep wasn't that tall. Like 5'8 or something.JeanLuc761 wrote...

Maybe she's standing on her toes in that second picture.
Yeah the angles are confusing, but seriously all I need to look atknight5923 wrote...

And for my part, I'm judging his height based upon his proportions (Shepard has neither long legs nor a long torso) and his height relative to his crewmates. For example, Jacob and Garrus are substantially taller than Shepard, but they don't look more than 6'4, 6'5" at most.
There's a scene when Shepard is talking to Tali that illustrates they don't appear as tall, I'll see if I can find it later.
Shepard doesn't have long legs? His femur is like 2 feet long lol I need to find a picture of a full body shot.NuclearBuddha wrote...
The third toe on quarianCommander Marrek S wrote...
Well
being the poor, idiot bastard I am, I don't have G-mod or ME2 for PC (I
have blender..which sucks ass) But I thought Tali's small toe was on
the outside of her foot? Besides not all geth are that color, some are
red, etc. Maybe the color of skin is different for each quarian, like
how it is with us humans?
females is indeed on the outside of the foot.
Don't know that we
can derive anything from the color of geth. The ones we see were
probably built long after the morning war, and who knows how the geth
have changed their own designs in the mean time. Additionally, I'll
note that while there are some similarities in the general body of the
geth to quarians, I seriously doubt the quarians would have made a slave
race look exactly like them. That'd be weird and creepy (again, from a
human standpoint, but that's all I've got).
As for diversity in
skin coloration among quarians: certainly possible. Though I should
note that they've losing all their diversity, probably. They've gone
from a population of billions to only 17 million. There are probably
whole ethnic groups that were completely wiped down during the Morning
War.
Oh goody I started a discussion [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/cool.png[/smilie] I
understand the evolution theory, but aren't all Geth that greenish color
where their muscle fibers are (biceps, etc) and their outer armor
carapace thing is the colored part?
thats an understatementNuclearBuddha wrote...

Same, to an extent. Whenever I look at Shepard, no matter what he's wearing, he just doesn't appear tall, especially when standing next to Jacob.NuclearBuddha wrote...

Obviously it's a modelling issue, but I usually try to take things in the game at face value.

Probably the levels of Quarian sexyness couldn't be contained within such small bodies at that point in their evolution:wub:NuclearBuddha wrote...

To me, he looks like a very average human both in height and build.

is the length of the femur, they are identical. My physician didn't even measure me and said
I was 5'11 and would be 6'1 at the end of my senior year and he was
absolutely right, so the key is the femur!and watching a lot of football where all they talk about is measurables.

1. Were did you get Vorcha are reptilian and mammals, I remember them saying there a very unqiue DNA.
Even in the mass effect wiki there no mention of this: Vorcha page
2. Very doubtful there both, so far more and more proof point toward mammals then reptiles, people need to stop looking on a cosmetic level and move onto a more genetic level.
Protip: They only used Mark Vanderloo's face, not his body.Goat_Shepard wrote...
