?... hm do you think quarians even have any pets?
i would think not, being stuck on a space ship with just enough food to stay alive... but that would be sad.
Absolutely not. They would not be able to spare the resources for something like a pet.
I'm sure there's a handful of people on the Fleet who got away with having some kind of pet, but they'd be really rare.

They might have space hamsters, they don't eat or drink so they don't consume resources

The way I see it, Tali has likely never seen fish in person. And the thought of maintaining an aquatic environment for a pet on a ship, would be pretty unheard of to a Quarian.

Just a note Quarians have mammary glands… a trait that reptilians do not have, as well Reptiles don’t tend to look different from one another outside of size, or scale coloration or perhaps lacking or having some sort of extra part, There never a clear difference between male or female like in mammals.
Hand and toe number has nothing to do with reptile/mammal 3 toed sloth… have 3 toes and there mammals.
Ah but quarians could be reptilian AND mammal. Like vorcha...only more attractive.
1. Were did you get Vorcha are reptilian and mammals, I remember them saying there a very unqiue DNA.
Even in the mass effect wiki there no mention of this: Vorcha page
2. Very doubtful there both, so far more and more proof point toward mammals then reptiles, people need to stop looking on a cosmetic level and move onto a more genetic level.
Codex: "Although they resemble a mammal[/i]-reptile[/i] cross, the vorcha[/i] have no terrestrial analogue.
Didn't.. that sentences just prove my fact "resemble" but are not.
That's cuz vorcha are vorcha, no one likes them. Quarians being full mammal would make no sense. Bioware seems to base the aliens in ME off of reptiles or birds. (Krogan = Turtle, Turian = Bird/Lizard)

Shepard: What? What's wrong Tali?
Tali: There's some strange alien down there! It rubbed against my leg, then when I looked at it, it ran away; now I don't know where it is.

So, Rannoch is very dry world?
Legion simply describes it as "more arid than Earth"
That suggests it's very similar to Earth, just more... arid. So I imagine it's like Earth but with less ocean + more desert.
I'd imagine that Quarians by "default" would be a little more tanned than humans, if we have similar skin pigmentations anyway (this isn't factoring in that they don't get much sunlight these days).
