Completed ME2 again, took Miranda and Tali to fight the Human-Reaper. Saved Tali from falling over the edge.

Miranda died (crushed by debris), but Tali lived and helped me onto the ship.

on my first playthrough, miranda died, i never noticed till 3 side missions later...

she died holding the line.

she also commented about when Cerberus attacked the Flotilla when you first meet up with Tali... it was hate at first sight
