Made a thread about this. Turns out it isn't an actual accent, it was created speciffically for Tali's character.

i remember reading somewhere that talis accent was suppose to mimic eastern europeans and gypsy type people. quarians mimic gypsys in the way that they are traveling nomadic people and the veil they wear as well as accent supports that. although people seem to treat the migrant fleet like day laborers when they arrive in their system.

I just Mass Effect 2 on my PC. All I can say is that... wow.. Tali looks soooo MUCH better on my PC and its monitor than my 360 and TV.

Generally I prefer PC games. THey have a lot more flexibility and allow you to do stuff like have a custom Shepard / profile avatar (you also need pc version of DA:O to pulls this off) instead of only using what Bioware gives you.

almost impossible to understand for normal people but it is still German....
