Didnt Bioware say that Tali was a giant alien chicken thing? I remember a comment about her feet that let it slip it somewhere.

Sigh...when you put it that way, it makes sense that it's 2 bucks for 3 costumes. w/e, I'm gunna buy it, and it's not a gamebreaker. Been sorta "meh" on all the DLC. They better come out with DLC that is so canonly epic you can't not buy it.

Or of course a whole separate game featuring Tali, that'd I'd buy for 60$ chop chop Bioware get it done.

That meal lasts for 12 hours, while the pack is a one time purchase of only 2 dollars. It will last till ME3. even longer actually if you'll go back to ME2 and replay it for a better playthrough in ME3.

Just think of it as supporting Bioware.  I play on PC and honestly, if I *really* didn't want to pay for it, I could find a way around it.  But $2 is not exactly a bank-breaker, even as a poor student.  I just treat it as a sort of a thank you note for giving me Zaeed, and the Normandy Site, and the Cerberus shotgun/armor, and the upcoming Hammerhead all for free.

It sounds like you'd be much happier if the Firewalker were 5 dollars, and the appearce pack free, yes?

I'm not complaining that the mission pack is free, just that it would really make more sense to charge for the missions and make the costumes free. You said yourself Bioware is a business, so why not charge for something that will probably sell more anyway? Though I suppose the Firewalker pack is more for the purpose of pleasing the fans.

I have nothing against paying for the costumes though, I'll probably buy them with left over MSP from when I download Kasumi. I'd just prefer for maybe a larger costume pack, afterall they don't really do anything. Then again neither does anything on the avatar marketplace, yet we actually have to pay more for those than we do for these costumes.

Microsoft sucks.

They didn't think anyone would find her attractive because they'd be
turned off by her "chicken feet". They were wrong. And I find the Asari
tentacle heads just as much of a turnoff, in fact more of a turnoff, cuz
it's on their head that you have to look at all the time, whereas the
feet, not so much [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png[/smilie]

No, that was a reference to a quote by a Bioware dev who said that Tali had originally been planned as an LI in ME1, but they thought that people would be put off by her "chicken legs".  Presumably they were referring to her feet and unusual leg shape.

Don't whine about the free vehicle (or any free stuff).  They could have just as easily not made it.

This is true, but thane's sunglasses should have been in the game at release.
