I concur. But saying someone's hard work looks like a "drowned zombie" when others find it aesthetically appealing could be taken offensively, like I did. So far all the art concerning Tali's face has never been accepted by a majority of Talifans, so I'm convinced that the only way to please the most people is to not reveal her face at all

So it's 3 choices, Space Elf Tali, Average-Looking Tali, or no Tali.

I've made the point before that when drawing Tali, you can either leave the mask on, and have everyone love it no matter how good it is, or reveal her face, and have it scrutinized to hell and back with people hating it for no good reason no matter how good it is.  Artist's choice.

That said, I can't see it being like that when Bioware reveals her face in ME3.  Sure some people (the people that want her to be super model gorgeous and the people that want her to be so alien that you can't relate her to a human for example,) will be disappointed.  But those are the extremes, most people will simply accept Tali no matter what she looks like.  There's a difference between arguing over speculative faces, and being content with what we're given in ME3.
