I enjoyed the massive art post.
My quadcore, 4GB laptop scoffs at all those images.
My Dual Core, 3GB desktop, which is seven years old mind you, had no problems with that.
My cappy internet did.
Which is odd because they loaded without trouble earlier.
This is all Vault boy's fault.

Probably because number of CPU cores and amount of RAM has just about nothing to do with how fast an image will load from the internet.DrathanGervaise wrote...

My computer was top of the line in 2004.
I'm glad I'm sitting on a reliable 100MBit/s broadband connection then :happy:phonypapercut56 wrote...

Dual core processors (well, for mainstream desktops anyway) didn't exist until the Athlon X2, which was in 2005.
There's a good chance you have a Pentium with hyperthreading though, which would allow two threads like a dual-core.
But anyway, Tali!

Then CCleaner is lying to me when it says I have a dual core processor?
Message? I know she's got cybernetics but why put any kind of communication device in her feet?FsDxRAGE wrote...

It might think you have one. Windows can't tell the difference between dualcore/two seperate CPUs/one processor with hyperthreading. All it knows is that there's more than one thread, it doesn't care how or why.
To find out what you have, you can go to run (I assume you're on XP) and type in dxdiag. You can also download a cool little app called CPU-Z which provides a ton of info on your processor/motherboard/ram.

Well I would imagine that just the visual components would completely blow our entire systems away...not even counting the actual computing.sergio71785 wrote...
Talking about computing... I can only imagine how much more powerful Tali's omni-tool is than any modern-day computer
