Actually, I'm thinking most of that "bulge" is actually the other side of her hood showing through the helmet. *goes to Photoshop and messes with levels* Yep, she has a normal-looking brow/forehead in profile, comparable to a human (an attractive one I may add)- the rest of that visual mass is definitely the inside of her hood. Just have to look closely.

I read it and it was well thought out (responded). Again you should pick your fate and live with it. If Shepherd ultimate rebuffs Tali in his cabin he says "this isn't right". Maybe this was what was on his mind, the fact that she could not have children with him.
