Alright, so I've been writing this fan-fiction. I only got a prologue and 2 chapters up for now. It's about a childhood friend of Tali's, set just after ME1, before 2, and during/after the Acsension book. If you actually see this post before it gets forgotten within the 5 minutes that it's likely to be seen, please check it out!

I think that Sovereign was completely full of himself to the point where he seriously thought there was NO possible way for Shepard to beat him. I guess he figured that it was about time he ASSUMED DIRECT CONTROL of the situation.

I have an inquiry about Sovereign.


When you kill Saren, or alternatively let him blow his brains out,
and Sovereign brings him back to life, was that a reckless maneuver on the Reaper's part?

I mean, it seems like he put an unnecessary amount of power into Saren in an attempt to kill you.

(Seeing as when you killed Saren the second time, Sovereign had what I would describe as a stroke, vaporizing its shields and giving the fifth fleet a clear shot.)

Was Sovereign martyring itself, knowing that with your death the reapers would be unstoppable and would eventually complete the cycle?

Or did you really ****** it off that much?

Discuss.

I don't think that reanimating Saren drew much of its power, it was more like a fail safe installed in Saren incase he developed a conscience

well, i just re-rented mass effect 1(yea, i rented it the first time i played) and i am starting a new playthrough with differant choices this time.

and some how i made an exact copy of my first shepards face with black hair and full stubble beard.

anyways, hows everything going?

Don't be sad, I rented ME2 at first, too.
I'm glad that we were allowed to edit the face of an importated character. My Shepard kinda had this rat-face thing going on and that. . .that was just bad news bears. <_<
