It is however ignorant and bigoted to use one, or evan a handful of, case sample(s) to cast an entire population in a negative light. Food for thought young grashoppa.

i never did that. i was talking about how Canada saved France in WWI and WWII then i was talking about how they're using the power of the minority to get special privilages that other Canadians don't have.

Don't even pretend you know what it's liek because you don't live here.

Oh 165, so eager to play grown-up at 15 years of age. Maturity will come in time - you needn't be so hellbent on trying to nail it down. Regardless, first of all you were commenting on the cowardice of French forces during WWI while under attack by chemical weapons. Withdrawing from such an attack in order to re-group and fight later seems strategically and tactically sound. That the Canadian forces held the line and didn't leave despite the chemical attack is admirable in a certain way though perhaps foolhardy. Besides, given the loss of literally millions upon millions of soldiers over several years it is not inconceivable that the French forces and its commanders at the time had more revelant combat experience dealing with those particular circumstances, and perhaps their willingness (and ability) to absorb the potential casualties was not as prevalent as previously. Again, food for thought.

As for WWII, well, the French defences were built up around a strategy meant to counter a WWI offensive that never came. Instead the German forces outmaneuvered the French Maginot Line by going through the Black Forest which was said to be impassable for a large military force. The Germans proved conventional wisdom at the time wrong - fair do to them. While it may seem like cowardice to you to surrender, perhaps you should try to consider what decision you might make in a similar situation and whether or not it might serve your country better in the long term as opposed to the short term. Withdrawing from one battle in order to continue to live and fight in an ongoing war is not necessarily cowardly (pending the specific circumstances) - it may actually be the sensible and strategically sound thing to do. Also, French forces fought very hard during WWII and liberated much of the southern French coast line in a matter of weeks. Very impressive. However, if you are so eager to scream and clamor for the so-called "glory" of the battlefield then why not enlist once you are old enough and actually learn for yourself some of the realities of military life?

Finally, while it does improve one's chances of familiarizing oneself with a given country and culture by living in it, it is by no means a guarantee that one will acquire a great understanding of the place that is relevant to whichever topic is being discussed in detail. Conversely, one can do much to study the history of any given culture/nation and thus gain some sense of what that culture may be like and one is certainly able to come to learn about the relevant history. This reality may not be convenient for you in your attempt to shut me out of the debate yet I can assure you that you will have to do much, much better than that.

I believe there's a slight rock, paper, scissors effect between the different classes. Soldiers > Biotics > Engineers > Soldiers

But that doesn't matter, as I'll make sure Tali wins against anyone. <3

How quaint. Consider a page or two "old pages" and then trying to lay all the blame and responsibility at someone elses feet. And you were the one who lambasted MarineBorn about maturity? What a laugh. Feel free to contact me once you're past puberty kid.

Not really.  Bizarrely, the three types of class Phys/Tech/Biotic are best against their own kind!  Tech does more damage to shields and biotics does more damage to barriers.  Kinda weird, really.

The condensed version of what KFD is trying to say:
Bravery is relatve to the strategic situation.
France has kicked ass in the past.
Germany is very inventve.
Don't Fear the Reaper.

That's the summary.
