I'm speaking in hypotheticals to prove a point about how you usually don't mind doing something you think is normally gross because it's with somebody you love. Then to each his own. This is the Tali thread, we've obviously learned to put shallow thoughts of "traditional" appearances behind us and focus on the real beauty of something. You find Tali's hands and feet weird, then keep it to yourself, and I won't comment on the Asari. We all end up happier.

That's a logical fallacy. Not doing precisely what someone you love wants or likes does not necessarily equate with you not loving them. There are a veritable myriad of potential other relevant factors that may come in to play. It's akin to saying to a man or a woman who may not be entirely comfortable with oral sex that if they don't "go down" on their partner that they don't love them. It may be true in some cases. It may also be a cheap guilt tactic used by some less scrupulous characters to try and get exactly what they want without considering the thoughts, feelings, and potential hang-ups of their partner. The door swings both ways.

It's a possibility. I know of no publicly available evidence, yet it is possible - especially in light of the tendency of young Asari to be rather promiscuous.
