posting from phone so can't qoute. I think I should explain that little short. Unshackled, EDI has developed a sense of belonging towards the crew of the normandy, especially Joker. She finds joker's emotional attachment towards the original Normandy irrational and given Joker's current feelings for the ship she wants to understand. The nerve stimulator is for EDI.

Yeah exactly. With an Asari, it's effectively the same thing as a human female. But a Quarian? She'll probably think he's nuts or something.
