Tali and Mordin are both held in cages that'll electrocute the prisoner at the response of a button. There's a button on Tali's cage and a button on Mordin's. If you press Tali's she'll be free, but Mordin will be electrocuted. If you press Mordin's, Vise Versa.

erm....dunno...I assume shes light as a feather???

She looks very light.  Even the suit I doubt weighs too much.  I assume they have some very nice lightweight materials.  She seems relatively tall to me though, maybe 140-150 pounds with the suit if forced to guess.
