My last playthrough I did so with Legion and Tali unlocked early. It was pretty cool; he had dialog for everything too, except Horizon (which wasn't a big deal, since Tali did all the talking! <3)

I imagine they have great dialogue together. The best I was able to do were both loyalty missions.
