ok i still dont understand why you think its superior...
if you say to everyone his own if it doesnt hurt you than feel free to do it why wouldnt you think straight gay and bi are all equal. just tossing that out there...
Simple numbers game.
Bisexual people are not limited to half the worlds population to find someone they love dearly.
The other two are.
Homosexuality also suffers from the ignorant masses who judge it harshly, it takes it's toll, and while I don't find it inferior from a ability to love, it's a harder thing to make work then a hetero relationship.
And in the US there is a 50% divorce rate among those.....
Truly loving someone is hard, bisexual have a much larger pool to choose from.
Very objective sounding stance.
I've heard the "you have a higher chance of finding someone if you're bi" thing to death though and I gotta say, I know more single bi people than I know of bi people who are in a relationship at the moment (and I know a looooot of bi people). There are many factors that go into what a person finds attractive about another. You can be in a room of people and not think anyone there is attractive right? Even if you find both genders appealing in their own way...And there is still the very real possibility that someone you find attractive will not find you attractive at all. This goes for straight and bi people alike.
Number crunching is meaningless in all this. Consider the ridiculous amount of genetic diversity responsible for the outcome a single person's sexuality, now consider that you are what you are and no amount of thinking will change it. Face it, even you who think bisexuality is superior cannot help being straight, so your advocacy for bisexuality falls just a little bit short.
Honestly. It's much easier to say there's someone out there for
everybody and we all have an equal shot regardless of what we like,
call me idealistic.
EDIT:
