The only renegade interrupts I did was:
Shoot mechs head: because I'm very trigger happy
Kills krogan with gas tank: Because I don't want to listen to that ass's long speech
Snaps merc leader's neck: What an ass****

First of all, batarians are people too. Second, I don't care about medigel. My teamates are stupid, they just die.

My meters are always 100% paragon and around 60% renegade at the the end-game.

My characters are paragons... with a hint of renegade!

I try to get as much Renegade as Paragon and vice versa. I always end up getting more Paragon though.

By staying consistent in choosing paragon or renegade in decisions that don't change.  That and choose the +100% persuasion specialization class.  You will easily have enough to resolve all situations, except for possibly resisting Morinth.

If all else fails just use the glitch at the beginning of the game.

As a Paragade you can't! Which means Tali/Legion and Jack/Miranda die!
