It seems to me bosh'tet is a Quarianese (Yes, I know it's called Khelish, I don't care) version of bastard/b1tch, though seeing as it's only been used against males (drive cores are male, right?), it may just be bastard.

you know what would be nice in ME3? insignia's! get rid of that big old N7 on your armor and stamp insignia or emblem or sticker thing to replace it.
