Common sense, there's your proof.  If her eyes glow, so does her nose because you can see that too.  They look reflective, not glowy.  Yes, it doesn't make much sense since not much light can get in through the semi-transparent mask.  But it's like that simply so we can get a small glimpse at what's underneath.  It gives the character a sense of (for lack of a better term) humanity (not a human, I know).  Even though we can't fully see her face, seeing that little bit helps us see her as a character, as a person.  Without that feature, she'd have a much more anonymous feel to her, and be much less personal.
I'll never understand why people still think they glow.

There are situations where her eyes glow but you can't see her nose...
sadly, i'm have 360 so i cannot post pictures.

Also, according to your logic, we should only be able to see one eye, not the second one too, from different angles. Although its always possible to see both her eyes.

Also, according to your logic, we should only be able to see one eye, not the second one too, from different angles. Although its always possible to see both her eyes.

Which is why I realize it's not following the laws of science perfectly.  The eyes aren't like that for any scientific reason.  It's just to give us, the players, that small glimpse we need to give Tali and the quarians that personal touch.  But judging by the way they "glow," the reflective explanation is far more reasonable.  If they were brighter, then maybe you could say they glow.  But they're not, so they don't.
