The Geth don't really live on planets.  Even if there's peace made between them, there's still old wounds, so it'd be best for both if the Geth don't interact with them that much.

If Legion and Tali live, and you resolve their loyalty crisis with the Paragon option, I imagine that'll be flagged for import into ME3 and come into play with any Quarian/Geth interactions you have.

They have been for years, Legion said that mobile platforms are cleaning it up.

Besides they need to build there future.

they need a place to put their civilians while the fleet is fighting the Reapers

"somehow" lol it looks completely unnatural even though pregnancy is the most natural thing. Watermelon stomach on skinny girl (like my sister) looks sick as f*ck.

fight for homeworld? Get it for free? Geth live there as equals? Or

Maybe... you can win over Han'Gerrel, but Xen remains stubbornly "Let's take them over". During the confrontation, you have the option to sit back and watch what happens, make Legion stand down (he'd not be too keen on the Geth being jacked), urge Xen to stop, or shoot Xen yourself. If you make Legion stand down, Gerrel shoots Xen himself, keeping it an internal Quarian matter (and then he turns himself in for homicide, which could be averted with Paragon/Renegade options). If Legion shoots, the whole thing falls apart. If you shoot Xen yourself, you get chewed out for interfering in an internal matter. And talking Xen out of it doesn't work.
