I always wondered too...actually was working on it a bit...I gave an example of what I thought it could sound like through my Story: The values of Organic life...

The example is on Chapter seven when Tali turns her translator off and speaks in front of Shepherd. 
He even attempts to say some of the words.  Try and speak it.  It's a good tounge twister.  And I really put some thought into the language...It's not just some mumbo jumbo I came up with. Although...I think I should change the grammatical structure....

@ Addo the confusing part is, they are teleporting away... with momentum going towards the wall again, basically they teleport away and then go back and hit the wall again
