I usually romance Tali because like you said, Kelly is boring and the other two are abrasive and annoying. But, Legion does pretty much anything Tali does but better. Tons of team mates are useful though. Tali's role in ME2 is less significant. In ME1 she provided the evidence that Saren was a traitor, in ME2 she gives you the delightful opportunity of pulling her ass out of the fire. Twice.

Sorry to say some are so competitive. I despise all "who's better" polls when it comes to such good characters :)I'm happy with what we got, only hope ME3 will be as good.

Oh yeah, the ME characters are the best BioWare has ever made IMO.  Hard to beat that studio.

I dont think he was being a troll. He was stating his opinion. And in a way he is right.
Tali seemed pretty mediocre in ME1 but, she was likeable. Before ME2 came out, i never ever dreamed about having joining a Tali fanclub before.

There does exist a troll of confusion, that sends hate one post and legitimate questions with the next, but we have our flame shields up, so sometimes flame to legit question because troll is trolling. I'm only saying they exist

Yeah that post in general wasn't trolling, but the poster in question is definitely trolling currently with other posts, and has at other times in the past.  While I'm fine with conversing with trolls when they make a normal post, you can't expect everyone to react kindly to someone with a troll stigma.

i use inferno rounds, because it can pierce shields to panic organics, which makes the collector much easier

I don't see the trial as pulling her ass out of the fire. She was willing to be "burned' so to speak. I simply found a fire extinquisher conviently.

I actually dislike that you can get her off exile through paragon/rengade speech. It should be a hard choice and it should have a lasting impression on her.

Reminded me of DA:O when you can Sacrifice Conner, Sacifice Isolde....or you can travel to the circle of magi and save everyone with no consequence...wait what?

OMG! Tali's losing a popularity poll to the main character of the series (and the avatar for, well, US!) How will I ever cope? I guess if she loses, that must mean she fails as a character and we should all stop loving her for being so adorable, loving, and awesome.
Or I could just take my Commander Shepard and cuddle in bed with Tali again. Seems a bit more productive.

I've noticed a lot of people tend to overrate the Talimancer fanaticism in general.  Plenty of Talimancers are voting for Shepard, and no one is really crushed if she loses.  Just another example of generalizing a group based on a few individuals being a bad idea.

Yeah, that wholething was a cop-out(probably to satisfy these fans). There should be a little bit of a sacrifice in doing what's best for Tali, even if she doesn't realize/accept it.

Inferno rounds are good too but I wanted to give squad ammo a try this playthrough. I really like squad ammo now. Tali was made for incindeary ammo
