If You Had It You're Way How Would ME3 Open With Shepard & Tali
Would it be a romance start to the game or perhaps a dramatic cinematic? would it even start with Tali & Shepard? @.@

Tali was down in engineering cleaning the engine. Uh, I need to take a break. She swiveled her head around stretching her neck muscles.
“Tali, can you come up to my cabin for a moment,” Shepard asked over the intercom. She jumped startled to hear her name looking around confused.
“Oh…okay Shepard. I…I will be right up.” What can this be about? Tali walked over to the elevator and delicately pressed the button leading her up to his cabin. Her heart raced with excitement and anxiety as the slight sense of vertigo set in. I just took some immune medication, maybe he wants…no, not this time of day. What does he want? The elevator shuddered to a halt and the doors rushed aside.
“Wh-what,” she asked confused. His cabin was dark and the only light that spilled into the elevator was that of the fish tank and a warm yellow flickering light. “Shepard,” Tali called out poking her head around the corner half nervous with her hands over her lap.
“Tali, come in here,” Shepards voice drifted around the corner. She stepped into his sleeping quarters and saw him sitting on his bed.
“She-Shepard, what are you doing?” He smiled and patted his bed lightly with an open hand. “Okay?” She began to blush seeing a big smile slopped on his face. Tali glanced around his personal quarters noticing the candles spread about the room.
“Sit.”
Tali nodded and followed her commander’s order.
“Let me see your foot.” Her heart skipped several beats.
“What?” He opened his hands and motioned his fingers towards himself. Timidly, Tali put her foot in his lap and stared into his piercing eyes. What is going on?. He slipped off her leg armor, untied the string on the back of her leg, and slipped off her boot.
“Shepard, uhm…”
“Watch this Tali.” He dug his thumbs into the arch of her foot sending a warm sensation shooting up her leg.
“Oh…oh Keelah!” A smile spilled across his lips.
“Haha,” Shepard chuckled.
“That…that feels good!”

I don't see the trial as pulling her ass out of the fire. She was willing to be "burned' so to speak. I simply found a fire extinquisher conviently.

I actually dislike that you can get her off exile through paragon/rengade speech. It should be a hard choice and it should have a lasting impression on her.

Reminded me of DA:O when you can Sacrifice Conner, Sacifice Isolde....or you can travel to the circle of magi and save everyone with no consequence...wait what?

But.. but, you get to yell at the Admiralty board!

Cool speeches > plot consistency!!

Imagine how vicious the yelling could be after she GETS exiled.

And since she doesn't romance you if you villianify her father, then the exile gets worked into the cannon romance. It becomes a serious plot point of the romance about how she doesn't even mind being exiled because now she gets to be with you, yadda yadda.

Much better ending for all.

Not to keep agreeing with everything you post, but I do kind of wish her getting exiled was inevitable.  It would make Tali's personal story a lot more meaningful, and it would make her a better character when she would continue to support the fleet after getting exiled. 

It would also make for a nice reunion when they welcome her back in ME3 after her and Shepard get the home world back

Same here.  That's the one thing I don't like with the "new" direction that Bioware writers take sometimes. Your choices should matter and they should have consequences.
DA:O especially, try to save Connor by going to the circle of Magi and you *should* have come back to a castle devoid of life, filled with Bann Teagan / stupidwife turn aborbinatoins with only Earl Eamon still alive only because of Connor wished it so.

Same for Tali.
Refusing to give any evidence should have had Tali Exiled. The renegade / Paragon options would however dictate the direction of the Admiralty board in regards to peace or full frontal assault on the Geth.

Uhh most people like Shepard because they are in control over much of his actions and are thus themselves Shepard.

So it should be 3 options "Paragon Shepard", "Renegade Shepard", and "Tali". I hate Paragon Shepard he's more like a p*ssy.

I wouldn't mind any random scenario where it is personalized to Shepard and the LI having a conversation or interacting in any way.  I have very low expectations, I just want it acknowledged in the least that I'm in a relationship with Tali.
