What's the point of having a favorite character poll open for that long?  It's hardly polling the entire audience.  That poll is basically; who do people who are online at 10-11pm eastern time on a Wednesday night like better.

I'm not going to throw a fit over it, but if the poll is supposed to represent more than a fraction of the ME audience (which I assume is the intention,) it needs to be open longer than that.

If you agree, it'd help me out a lot  if you'd pm the guy to ask to keep it open for 24 hours.

Honestly, I don't put much weight into any poll that is closed.  Its too easy to skew the results one way or the other, such as having one fan base vote on a poll and then close it, or like this scenario, where only people who are online at a specific time can vote.

I can't see why Everyone obsesses over the Vanguard class, I can't stand it... I play mainly either Soldier or Infiltrator, I love me a sniper rifle...

Playing through on insanity with my Vanguard Shep atm and I love that power.

That ability is so useful, it takes down shields with one blast and massivly boosts her shields. I use it too with my soldier.

Tali= superior squadmate for a soldier

And I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out it damages defenseless mechs, too. Even on insanity, you ramp that sucker up and you can one-shot the trash, once they're stripped.

The lack of skills for squad members anoyed me. Tali had so much potential but her damn 20 sec recharge time begs to differ.

NO WAY! I'm on Insanity right now as a Soldier. I wanted to go with ED over CB cuz it's a good distraction even at level 2 but nooo someone said "F*ck Energy Drain maaaaan"

Yup, Tali goes with me everywhere. Energy drain is like a superior overload (Take that miranda)

Honestly, me too. I just tried vanguard cuz everyone was raving about it.

It's fun, definitely. And very different in feel and playstyle to a soldier or infiltrator. Definitely took some getting used to, hehe.

And it's nice, on insanity, to have some powers at your disposal that don't use ammo.

I always have to pace myself before I unlock it and not use any points for her on AI hacking.  I did that before and didn't have enough points in the end to max out drain, her specialization class and drone

O and she was only usfull with my engeneer witch is my main class. 2 explosive drones kick ass!

Good thing you can change your bonus power any time you want from a pretty early point in the game

What's CB?
Energy drain allows you to use AP/Incin/Warp ammo against blue suns and other shielded enemies instead of having to constantly switch between Disruptor and other

Now I only use disruptor against mechs

Am I the only one that thought the game wasn't hard enough to warrant using anyone aside from your favorites at any time?  Or is it just more of an optimization discussion in general, who would be best if it was necessary?

Yeah, you only get to max 3 - And I never use AI hacking really.
