we all have seen Tali's eyebrows, so yes

I still think that eyebrow thing is bunk.
I have no idea if they have hair or not, but one solitary screenshot where it looks like she have an eyebrow is not exactly solid proof, especially considering that not even the texture underneath the visor has eyebrows on it.  It doesn't even show up in ANY other screenshot!  IMO, it was a coincidence of lighting and the contour of her underlying face model.

i had the same thought, when that pic came out i asked if it was photoshop.
but quarians seem to be mammals

Will. Not. Speculate.
But is likely. Quarians mammals.
Very likely kept short, however.

I am disappointed Doc. Quarians may be analogous to mammals (although they might not even be that) but calling them mammals doesn't make sense. Asari have mammary glands, yet are apparently hairless. Also, keeping hair short would require regular removal of helmet which would require immuno-booster to be taken. Seems like a large waste of resources to me.

Suit would NOT be determining factor.
Have only been in suit 327 years. Not enough time for evolutionary change.
And while asari have many characteristics of mammals, technically aren't.

Who's to say the suit can't take care of hair grooming needs automatically?  It's sci-fi 200 years in the future.  Go crazy

I don't know the details of suit maintenence/repair and everything, but I would assume they have to take their helmets off at some point.  Could handle it then. 

And I don't see how waste of resources is a concern.  Do you have any idea how many resources we waste on pointless crap?
