Alchohol does not contain any amino acis. Also isn't chiral.

Wine is not soley alcohol. It has plenty of other ingredients, ingredients that may conflict with chirality.

There seems to be some big scientific inconsistencies with the whole situation.  The quarians have always had the bad immune systems, something along the lines of they evolved it to help with pollinating plants on their homeworld or something.  While the immune systems were bad, they were completely adjusted to the situations on their planet, and didn't have any complications.

Once forced off the planet, and into an alien area, they had to go to the suits all the time.  I assume this would be true for all quarians going to weird places for as long as they live. 

300 years however, by no stretch of the imagination should be enough to undo the complete symbiosis they had on Rannoch.  It may take a little time for them to be able to completely go without complications after retaking their homeworld, but Tali's talk of 60 years and generations seems like BS to me.  Its possible that quarians who've spent their whole lives sheltered from disease would take a while to readjust, but definitely any born there would retain the same traits of quarians born 300 years ago.

I'm hoping Bioware ignores the whole long rehabilitation period thing in ME3.   I want to see Tali without an evironmental suit, outside walking around in ME3

Yes, also Tali has a personality disorder, it's called  "annoying **** head syndrome", it makes her annoying so I need to eblow her in the gut then kick her kneecaps in.
