Its all a time frame thing.  Apparently this specific time frame is very Tali-centric.  How do you know 8 hours from now a huge wave of Shep fans won't log on and flood the poll?  Overconfidence is never good.  When you're the underdog, overconfidence is synonomous with failure.

Now is not the time to pat ourselves on the back and celebrate.  Now is the time to take the fight to the enemy

True actually.  If it was listed as Tali vs everyone else, it would be written off as a hate poll, and not receive so many votes.  As it is now, if you aren't a Tali fan, you're voting for Shepard.

I guess this really is the ultimate test of that galaxy picture.  Although I think we already know that we're the guiding force of this forum

Ya. Since there is only one Tali, but without being specific, "Shepard" in this case will be "everyone's" Shepard, from "Paladin Paragon" to "I kick cripples, pee on babies Regnegade Shepard". Essentially, *your* Shepard.

Since it was an "unfair" poll, I gave my vote to Tali earlier because I am sure as hell am not giving my vote to this "shepard"

Yeah thats the one.  I'm still looking forward to the day when we get over 50% of the forum's posts in the 3 Tali threads.  At 26% right now, still climbing.
