However I will have to say that the new BSG is really more a "soap" then a full fledge Sci-fi flick.
Relatively "low tech" compared to most Sci-fi stuff out there ....its very very much closer to the tech we have now in the 20th centrury minus jump drives and gravity control.
And the story is more ...drama (politics / family / day to day life) then anything else. Still when they do have battles...it is usually massive cluster frack. :happy:
but as you said is more like a soap... too much drama for my taste (as in many "new" series)... i like complex stories, i like some drama, but when most of the story seem to be about 1000000 dramas than about the main plot... well back to Tali!
