I think that's just someone's Second Life character, who also happens to be named Tali...

So, ya, the artist intended it to be "our"  Tali.

Did you talk to Jack a lot before she became mad at you?

Because i think the more you talk to the characters, the less paragon or renegade you need.
Either that or you need to talk to the character a certain amount or they will not talk to you ever.

My source is that fact that i had the same thing happen to me, but with miranda. I had forgot to talk to her before the fight at all and even though i had obtained full paragon she would not talk to me <_<

I stopped talking to her after she tried to make renegade sex with me. I declined, but I thought I should leave her for a while.
